K M Associates the trading name of KMAUK projects Ltd, are a long established supplier of Colour and Trend Information to the UK Fashion, Textiles and Design Industries in the United Kingdom.

We are committed to developing long lasting relationships based on trust and to ensure that every one’s right to privacy is maintained and protected in line with GDPR. As will all our service suppliers for bookkeeping/accounting/email management/internet providers etc.

Our services are directed at professionals in the design and fashion industry and not directed at children.

K M Associates may request and collect necessary personal information from contacts and online users of our website in a variety of ways, including the use of online forms, received emails, phone calls, for registering interest in or ordering products, services and other instances where users are invited to volunteer such information, to be able to trade with us or to keep updated on our various offerings.

The information K M Associates collects, can be personal information that identifies people personally, for example:

1) Keep customers and interested parties up to date, if they have expressed interest or
have opted in, to know more about our Trend Book, Trend Magazine and Trend event Offerings.

2) Process invoices for payment and delivery of orders for services and trend books,
magazines and events that we supply.

WHEN
Personal data may be collected at various times:
 

1) When orders placed for a product or service from us over the phone or by
post or by email.

2) Through the use of online forms on our Website for registering interest in products, services and other instances where users are invited to volunteer such information, so as to be able to trade with us or to be kept updated on our various offerings.

We will ask you to opt in and give us your consent if we are to keep you on or add you to our emailing lists. Which we use to keep customers up to date, if they have expressed interest in our Trend Book, Trend Magazine and Trend event Offerings.

Sometimes we have to send some information to third parties including:

1) Bookkeepers and Accountants for preparation of Business Accounts.
2) Online Emailing services for occasional Marketing Campaigns. Which can be un-subscribed from..
3) Suppliers who deliver directly to our customers.
They are all required to have and apply Privacy policies to protect our customer’s personal data in line with GDPR.
 

SECURITY
We ensure reasonable measures are in place to secure all your personal data. Protecting it against, loss and unauthorised use, access, alteration or modification.
 

STORAGE
We will hold personal data in secure storage as long as necessary for data processing and to discharge our legal requirements. Deleting or destroying when no longer required.
 

USE
For invoice and payment processing, business accounts, mailing services and other activities necessary to run a business. Including use by a trusted third party to help with compliance and to manage our marketing emailings, email data, including updating and removing unsubscribers etc from address books they hold on our behalf.
 

ACCESS & MODIFICATION
